About our practice
Personalized care, from a team that knows your name
Campbellsville Family Medicine has treated patients with Opioid Use Disorder in a family practice setting since January 2012. In March 2020, the practice adopted a Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model that pairs each patient with a physician and a dedicated care manager.
Every patient is supported by a full care team – care managers, peer support, specialists, clinical staff, and billing specialists – so no one navigates recovery alone.
